• You are a natural member of ISGH (i.e. a Muslim, residing in Greater Houston), an officer, or an employee of ISGH. You are single; unmarried or divorced. You are a U.S. Citizen, a Permanent Resident of the United States, or a valid non-immigrant work visa holder of the United States, .
• You warrant that you are representing as yourself and that you are not impersonating any one, or misrepresenting your affiliation with other persons or entities. Parents may register on behalf of their adult son or daughter, who is single, unmarried, or divorced, residing in Greater Houston for seeking suitable mates with prior written consent of their son or daughter; and identify on our website and in all communications with us that they are acting on behalf of their adult son or daughter and are duly authorized to do so.
• It is your sole responsibility to input and maintain valid, accurate and up to date information in your account profile on our It must be clearly stated and free of

false or misleading statements. The photographs of yourself you post in your profile must have been taken within the last 12 months and accurately reflect your image.

• You represent that you are enrolling as a member of our website for the sole reason of seriously seeking potential marriage a partner in good faith and for no other reason.

Membership Term and Renewal

Our membership term begins from 1 January through 31 December or from the date you sign up for membership of our website until 31 December of that calendar year. You may, however, cancel your subscription at any time during the term. Membership fees are non- refundable and will not be pro-rated. If you do not cancel prior to end of the initial term, your membership of the website will lapse, and you will not able to access and use your account profile and communicate with other members. If you would like to renew your membership and reactivate your account profile, you may do so at any time within 30 days of the expiry of the term by making a payment of membership dues. If you fail to do so, your membership will be cancelled permanently, and you will no longer be able to access or use your account and the additional features on our website.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership of our website at any time by using the settings in your account, or by sending us an email. We process all cancellation requests within a reasonable timeframe.
